It’s all about our commitment to customer service

After all the work you, Matt and your team have done for us over the past 12 months I just thought I would put down in writing our thanks to you. As you might recall this started with a simple plumbing job when I was referred to you by a good friend of mine. In the last 12 months though you have done the following:

1. Re-plastered ceilings in both my large lounge and my hallway following water damage
2. Completely re-built our (as you described) quite large en-suite bathroom
3. Re-modelled and rebuilt our kitchen
4. Most recently you have replaced our fencing at the front.

On each occasion I have found your prompt service, your friendly manner and your workmanship to be excellent. Your pricing has always been competitive, certainly for the quality of the work. As you know Chris has also been totally impressed and loves both her kitchen and our en-suite. All our friends have commented on how good they are. I know there have been a few occasions when deliveries from suppliers have delayed work but this has not presented a major problem in any of the work as you have maintained contact and explained matters.

For the moment I can’t think of anything else we need to have done, which is a shame as I have missed our friendly banter whilst the work is being done, but I know that when something else comes up your company will be the first one we contact.
